FISH 5 - 4 - 3
Temporary unemployment, part-time jobs, illness and family crises combine with the chronic problems of low-wages, long term unemployment, mental illness and other disabilities to force countless individuals to seek assistance. For these reasons and more, emergency food centers run out of food on a regular basis. The solution requires communities to come together and families to support one another.
Through special purchases and donated items, we can provide a food package worth $15 to $20 for a cost of $5. Each package is filled with canned vegetables, cereal, lunch meat, bread, pasta and more. FISH is casting our nets by asking you to commit to FISH 543.
